Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Clinical Director
Hi, I'm Dana. My approach is integrative, Trauma-Informed, Gender and Neurodivergent Affirming, Culturally Sensitive, and Body Positive. No judgement, just you and me being our authentic selves.
I use an interdisciplinary approach, meaning that I do my best to get a holistic view of who you are including family relationships, cultural context, diet and nutrition, medication, physical wellness, religion and spirituality, sleep, social influences, and hormonal health. I believe that understanding all these factors is important for a comprehensive approach to therapy.
I lead my practice with honesty, transparency, genuineness, trust, empathy, and compassion. I want to make you feel heard, understood, supported, and safe. You know yourself best, so you tell me where to go and I will follow you there.
The way I work is a blend of science and empathy. I have a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, but I also know that each person is unique, and therapy is deeply personal. I'm here to work alongside you, to listen without judgment, and to create a safe space where you can heal and grow at your own pace. If you are curious or have questions, visit my website, send me an email, or call me!
