My approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I integrate various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals.
I understand that opening up to someone new can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we'll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and develop strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
About Me
My interest in mental health and therapy began during my own journey of personal growth. I discovered the profound impact that having a supportive, understanding space can have on one's well-being, and I knew I wanted to provide that same support to others.
I completed my Master's in Counselling Psychology and have been practicing for several years. Throughout my career, I've worked with diverse populations and have developed a deep appreciation for the unique stories and experiences each person brings to therapy.
What I love most about this work is witnessing the resilience and strength that people discover within themselves. It's a privilege to be part of someone's journey toward greater self-understanding and well-being.
